Revista Alicantina de Estudios Ingleses / Alicante Journal of English Studies (RAEI) is primarily aimed at specialists in any area of English studies. Its main goal is to publish research works that contribute to advancing humanistic knowledge. The journal is open to original studies resulting from cutting-edge research. Only manuscripts in English are accepted. The journal has been published in print since its foundation, and an open-access online version is also available on its website for free.

Manuscripts submitted can be:

• Articles on linguistics, language teaching, literature, literary theory and critique, history and other cultural aspects of English-speaking countries.
• Reviews of recently published books in the field of English studies (the book must have appeared within the two years preceding the submission of the review).

This publication has exchange agreements in place with similar journals in the same field of study. All such proposals must be made in writing and sent to the journal’s email address.
